The study was pre-experimental Pre test and Post test, using observation techniques, documentary review, interview and survey; applying a validated and reliable questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha of 0.8407) to two independent samples of 169 clients. The results of the statistically significant dimensions are: Accessibility (p = 0.00 <0.05) in the excellent category went from 21.9% to 81.7% increasing 273%, Reliability (p = 0.04 <0.05) in the category always went from 59.2% to 74.0 %; increasing 25% and the response capacity dimension (p = 0.000 <0.05) in the fully agreed category went from 6.5% to 20.1% increasing 209.1%. The dimensions that were not significant changes are: Tangibility (p = 0.082> 0.05) in the excellent category went from 51.5% to 57.4% increasing 11.5%, Competition (p = 1.00> 0.05) that maintains its categories. The Mann-Whitney test concludes that the Supply Chain Management significantly influences (p = 0.00 <0.05) the client's perception, passing the excellent category from 50.3% to 92.9% achieving an increase of 84.7%. In addition, a NPV of 116,604.25 is projected, the IRR of 135.64% and a B / C 2.14.
