Mejora de la gestión de almacén para optimizar los tiempos de entrega de pedidos en el área de almacén en la empresa Corporación Vlag - Chimbote 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como título Mejora de la gestión de almacén optimizar los tiempos entrega de pedidos en el área almacén en la empresa Corporación VLAG, el cual tiene como objetivo optimizar los tiempos de entrega de pedidos. La investigación tiene como finalidad identificar y brindar una solución óptima para optimizar el tiempo de entrega de pedidos de la empresa. La gestión de almacenes pretende determinar un aumento en la gestión del almacén así poder lograr el aumento de la eficiencia, eficacia y productividad de las operaciones de picking y packing. Se pudo conocer la causa raíz del problema en el almacén por medio de técnicas de observación y el reporte dashboard que la empresa nos brindó, como herramientas para obtener la mejora tenemos la clasificación ABC, metodología de las 5 's y el análisis de LAY OUT. Donde la herramienta ABC nos ayudó a clasificar por valor y rotación de los productos para la realización del análisis LAY OUT. La metodología 5 's nos permite limpiar, ordenar y estandarizar todo el almacén logrando cumplir con el objetivo de la investigación. En el desarrollo de la investigación se detallaron los pasos y herramientas a utilizar para alcanzar el objetivo planteado para la optimización de tiempo de entrega de pedidos del área de almacén de la empresa Corporación VLAG.

The present research is entitled Improvement of the warehouse management to optimize the delivery times of orders in the warehouse area of the company Corporación VLAG, with the objective of optimizing order delivery times. The purpose of the research is to identify and provide an effective solution to optimize the delivery time of the company's orders. The warehouse management intends to determine an improvement for the management of the warehouse area in order to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the picking and packing processes. It was able to identify the issues in the warehouse area through observation techniques and the dashboard report that the company provided us. In order to obtain the improvement tools we have the ABC classification, the 5 's methodology and the LAY OUT analysis. The ABC tool helped us to classify by value and product rotation for the LAY OUT analysis. The 5's methodology allows us to clean, order and standardize the entire warehouse area, allowing us to achieve the objective of the research. During this research, the steps and tools to be used to achieve the objective proposed for the optimization of the delivery time of orders in the warehouse area of the company Corporación VLAG were detailed.
