The following research aims to implement photogrammetry with RPA to improve the times in the supervision of the construction of the Fenix Gold – Atacama – Chile mining camp. The timing of supervision in mining construction is an important factor that ensures the continuous flow of the project; However, as they are works of great magnitude, the supervision tasks take longer than the estimated times, and may have direct implications in the rework because it does not allow the detection of interferences or breaches in the design. In the development of this research, field information is collected in the form of images of the progress of construction works of the camp through photogrammetric flights with previously planned ground control points. Likewise, in the cabinet the images are processed until obtaining products such as elevation models (MDE) and orthomosaics that will serve for the supervision in the analysis of the progress of work of the external or superficial items such as: stakeout, layouts, excavations, concrete fillings, assembly of foundations and modular assembly. Finally, the research work confirms that the implementation of photogrammetry with RPA improves the times of the supervision of the construction of the camp of the mining company Fenix Gold – Atacama – Chile, since, with the products obtained, the times of supervision of the progress of the work were optimized from the constructive point of view and permits, ensuring the continuity of the project.
