Implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional basado en la Ley 29783 y su influencia en los riesgos laborales en la empresa Escope SRL

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene por objetivo implementar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional en base a la Ley 29783 y determinar su influencia en los riesgos laborales en la empresa ESCOPE SRL. Inicialmente se realizó un diagnóstico de la valoración del nivel de riesgos analizado mediante una matriz IPERC, determinando la presencia de riesgos intolerables en un 44%, seguidamente de los riesgos importantes 31%. Posteriormente realizamos el análisis de la situación actual del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, mediante la evaluación de un check list de cumplimiento establecido por la RM 005-2013-TR, obteniendo un porcentaje de 4%, clasificando al sistema como deficiente. En base a nuestro análisis situacional se realizó el diseño e implementación del sistema y se determinó su influencia en los riesgos laborales. Obteniendo una mejora del 100% en los lineamientos evaluados en el sistema de SST se determinó una disminución en el nivel de los riesgos laborales, de intolerable e importante a trivial en 6% y tolerable 94%. Lo que indica que los riesgos laborales tienen una relación inversamente proporcional a la implementación del sistema de SST. Finalmente se realizó el análisis costo- beneficio se obtuvo como resultado 2.96 indicándonos que el proyecto es viable ya que genera mayor beneficio para la empresa, la inversión que implica la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

The purpose of this study is to implement an occupational health and safety management system based on Law 29783 and determine its influence on occupational hazards in ESCOPE SRL. Initially, a diagnosis was made of the assessment of the level of risks analyzed by means of an IPERC matrix, determining the presence of intolerable risks at 44%, followed by significant risks 31%. Subsequently, we carried out the analysis of the current situation of the occupational health and safety system, by evaluating a compliance checklist established by RM 005-2013-TR, obtaining a percentage of 4%, classifying the system as deficient. Based on our situational analysis, the design and implementation of the system was carried out and its influence on occupational hazards was determined. Obtaining a 100% improvement in the guidelines evaluated in the OSH system, a decrease in the level of occupational hazards was determined, from intolerable and important to trivial in 6% and 94% tolerable. This indicates that occupational hazards are inversely proportional to the implementation of the OSH system. Finally, the cost-benefit analysis was carried out. 2.96 was obtained, indicating that the project is viable since it generates greater benefit for the company, the investment that implies the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
