Propuesta de una residencia universitaria basado en el uso de espacios verdes en la provincia de Trujillo – 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó con el propósito de diseñar una Residencia Universitaria para estudiantes foráneos en la ciudad de Trujillo, debido a que no existe una en nuestra localidad y muchos de los estudiantes que llegan a estudiar a esta provincia tienen que acudir a pensiones que se encuentra en condiciones deplorables, por lo cual se requiere una residencia que cumpla con los requisitos para que los estudiantes cuenten con un ambientes agradables, de esparcimiento , socialización y recreación, en el que puedan relajarse y dejar todo el estrés que la vida universitaria genera, por tal motivo el objetivo general del proyecto es determinar el uso de espacios verdes para una residencia universitaria en la provincia de Trujillo.

Con respecto a los resultados de la investigación se dispuso de lineamientos que guardan relación con el análisis de casos realizado, para así obtener los lineamientos técnicos, los cuales fueron contrastados con lineamientos teóricos para establecer lineamientos finales de aplicación sobre el objeto arquitectónico.

Por lo tanto, estos se centrarán en el tipo de espacios recreativos, de esparcimiento, estudio, el emplazamiento, posicionamiento, espacios verdes al aire libre, así como también el tipo de vegetación que se empleará, determinando así el diseño del objeto arquitectónico.

The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of designing a University Residence for foreign students in the city of Trujillo, because there is not one in our town and many of the students who come to study in this province have to go to pensions that are it is in deplorable conditions, for which a residence that meets the requirements is required so that students have a pleasant environment, leisure, socialization and recreation, in which they can relax and leave all the stress that university life generates, For this reason, the general objective of the project is to determine the use of green spaces for a university residence in the province of Trujillo. Regarding the results of the investigation, guidelines were available that are related to the analysis of cases carried out, in order to obtain the technical guidelines, which were contrasted with theoretical guidelines to establish final guidelines for application on the architectural object. Therefore, these will focus on the type of recreational, leisure, study, location, positioning, outdoor green spaces, as well as the type of vegetation that will be used, thus determining the design of the architectural object.
