Implementación de estiba once nueve para mantener la temperatura homogénea en el contenedor refrigerado durante la travesía de exportación de arándano fresco con destino a Europa en una empresa agroindustrial

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo mantener la temperatura homogénea en el contenedor de refrigeración durante la travesía de exportación de arándano en una empresa AGROINDUSTRIAL mediante la propuesta de implementar la estiba once nueve. Se inicia realizando un diagnóstico en el proceso del área de expediciones de la empresa, en donde se pudieron identificar, utilizando la herramienta Ishikawa, los problemas que generan mayor impacto económico, siendo el importe total de pérdidas anuales, un promedio de $6,425,750.30. Proponiendo de esta forma, para llegar al objetivo, la modificación de su diagrama de flujo. Finalmente, el análisis financiero que incluye los costos asociados a la investigación y a la implementación de la propuesta, la cual permite concluir que la propuesta de la implementación es rentable al generar un VAN de $22,627,725 y un beneficio costo de 15.82 evidenciando la necesidad de desarrollar las alternativas que se propuso en el desarrollo de la tesis.

The objective of this research work is to maintain the homogeneous temperature in the refrigeration container during the export journey through blueberry in an AGROINDUSTRIAL company the proposal to implement stowage eleven. Finally, the financial analysis that includes the costs associated with the research and implementation of the proposal, which allows to conclude that the implementation proposal is profitable by generating a NPV of $ 22,627,725 and a cost benefit of 15.82, evidencing the need to develop the alternatives that were proposed in the development of the thesis.
