Abstract: RESUMEN
El turismo es una de las actividades económicas más importantes que ha tenido
un crecimiento a nivel mundial; en los últimos años, esta industria se ha
convertido en un componente de desarrollo e inyección económica en los
diferentes países a nivel mundial.
En el Perú, la ciudad de Trujillo, cuenta con diferentes destinos turísticos, más
preferidos por los turistas, no solo por su belleza, sino por su valor histórico y su
patrimonio cultural, así: La ciudadela Chan Chan, Huacas del Sol y la Luna,
Huacas Arco Iris, entre otras, son los lugares más visitados a diario por las(os)
diferentes visitantes extranjeros(as).
La presente investigación es de tipo cuantitativa diseño causal, descriptivo,
transversal, se realizó con las Instituciones y Asociaciones del Sector Turismo en
la ciudad de Trujillo, en año del 2015, pudiéndose identificar las principales
modalidades ilícitas que afectan a los turistas extranjeros en el destino turístico
Trujillo en el periodo: 2009 – 2014. Se encontró que: Las modalidades más
frecuentes la constituyen: los hurtos (77.0%), El Robo (12.3%); y otros (10:7%);
estos resultados son presentados en cuadros y gráficos estadísticos.
ABSTRACT Tourism is one of the most important economic activities that has had a global growth; in recent years, this industry has become a component of development and economic boost in different countries worldwide. In Peru, the city of Trujillo has several tourist destinations most preferred by tourists, not only for its beauty but for its historical value and cultural heritage, as well: The Chan Chan Citadel, Temples of the Sun and Moon, Huaca Arco Iris, among others, are the most visited daily by the (old) places different foreign visitors (as). This research is quantitative such causal, descriptive, cross-sectional design was conducted with institutions and associations of the Tourism Sector in the city of Trujillo, in the year 2015, being able to identify the main illicit arrangements affecting foreign tourists destination Trujillo tourism in the period: 2009 - 2014. it was found that: the most common forms constitute: thefts (77.0%), robbery (12.3%); and others (10: 7%); These results are presented in statistical tables and charts.
