This work presents the implementation of the evaluation of geodynamic phenomena and its evolution during this period, for its continuity in time and based on detailed records in order to monitor its stability condition. For the development of geotechnical instrumentation, it will focus on unstable zones one and two of the Tablachaca dam reservoir, the first one will have four vertical inclinometer monitoring points and a vibrating wire piezometric control point and in the second zone two points of vertical inclinometer monitoring and two vibrating wire piezometric control, drilling methodologies and procedures, installation of vibrating wire inclinometric and piezometric pipes, Lefranc test and commissioning monitoring in the initial stage that will allow obtaining a basic knowledge about the techniques used, processes, analysis and importance of implementing geotechnical instrumentation. It becomes a valuable tool within the control and monitoring in unstable areas, Bassett (2012) affirms that “the use in the site, real-time observations of the real physical changes and the rates of change can give designers the ability to improve their theoretical evaluations and give contractors conditions so that their construction procedures remain safe”. Likewise, this work will serve other professionals and projects in continuing to improve techniques and procedures in the evaluation of geotechnical instrumentation, it is not exclusive to unstable areas. It can also be seen developed in dams, dams, tailings, buildings, highway projects, infrastructures and Mining.
