The purpose of this work is to carry out the evaluation and hydraulic design of the Potable Water and Sewerage System for the Housing Association “Nueva Esperanza“ and “12 De Agosto“ belonging to the district of Comas, applying the computer program Watercad and Sewercad “and the use of tools such as ArcGIS and AutoCAD Civil 3D. The drinking water system includes a reservoir supported with a constant flow sufficient to supply the demand of the Housing Association “Nueva Esperanza” and “12 De Agosto”. The water conduction was defined through a network of pipes and for distribution a network of projected pipes forming meshes; in such a way that the system can supply drinking water to all the homes counted. The sewerage system comprises a network of projected pipes that discharge to the existing mailboxes in the surrounding areas, which, if they have this service. For the evaluation of the results obtained in the modeling, the OS.050 standard was considered. In the hydraulic design of the drinking water networks, it was obtained that the maximum static pressure is 47.14 mwc and the minimum static pressure is 12.69 mwc., With a maximum speed of 0.18 m / s. verifies that the minimum flow to be considered is 1.5 l / s and the minimum tractive voltage obtained is 1,674 Pa. Both for the drinking water and sanitary sewerage networks, the minimum diameters indicated in the National Building Regulations for the distribution of the networks are being respected.
