ABSTRACT This research work has been developed in the Agroindustrial Laredo S.A.A to solve the current problems concerning the large losses that are generated by improper maintenance of the machines are in operation. The methodology selected to solve the problem is develop a Predictive Maintenance Program by analysis of Vibrations in critical equipment. Basic fundamentals that underpin the analysis of vibrations are simple harmonic motion of bodies and the Fourier Theorem to perform vibration analysis equipment for the sugar company Laredo S.A.A La empresa Agroindustrial Laredo S.A.A. has a lot of rotating equipment of varying degrees of criticality. To determine the degree of criticality, are taken into account the following criteria: the cost of equipment, importance and complexity within the maintenance process. Predictive maintenance considers each machine separately, replacing regular periodic review by measures that can follow in detail the development of the operating status of each particular machine. With the regular measurement of vibrations can be detected irregularities in the birth of the machines. A predictive maintenance plan (PMP) based on vibration analysis applied to rotating machines in the company of this study brings many advantages, like a economically, and technically. Predictive Maintenance Plan to improve Vibration Analysis maintenance reliability by having the machines and equipment in good working condition, no unscheduled will exist, it will meet the dates of the programs, not spend money out of schedule, production costs will be competitive.
