ABSTRACT This research study was conducted at the company CONSERMET, focused on metal mechanics projects. The research was aimed to reduce the costs of execution of works related to the proposed implementation of an Integrated Quality Management, Safety and Occupational Health System. The research was initiated with a diagnosis of the current situation and the development of an Ishikawa diagram, with which it was possible to establish the relationship of the causes of the problem with high costs. Indicators to measure these overruns to contrast with the expected results of the proposal was established. Having calculated the current cost overruns by the lack of an integrated management system, we proceeded to design the system, from the integration of ISO and OHSAS standards, current legislation and their respective regulations. After that, we proceeded to develop a map of processes and procedures to eliminate the causes of cost overruns of execution of works. After the integration of the ISO and OHSAS standards, the calculation of the indicators established considering proposals was made; obtaining a reduction of 29% of the costs. In assessing the economic viability of the proposed implementation of the Integrated Management System, through financial engineering tools, a NPV of S/.42,228.00 an annual IRR 71% and B/C 1.10 were obtained.
