ABSTRACT In recent years obstetric care to large communities, has systematically incorporated into their work, a very important link, education courses and maternal therapy, this is based on the psychological, emotional and physical preparation to facilitate childbirth without pain for women and in the best conditions for the newborn. Therefore the primary goal of therapy centers for pregnant women is to inform, assist and advise parents on special situations involving a pregnancy; at the same time provide a psychological preparation and confidence that facilitate the normal development of the pregnancy and delivery, allowi ng space for preparation and adequate, safe delivery and as painless as possible. In this situation, it is necessary to determine the location of a center of therapy invol ves strategic factors that have adequate infrastructure for the development of this activity and meets the minimum requirements derived from optimal performance. Implement a servi ce guaranteeing specific and demanding requirements of safe motherhood is the close relationship that the organization should be held and achieve added value through customer satisfaction. This project aims to determine the economic and financial viability in implementing physical therapy center for pregnant women “ninth month“, for which it has conducted a market survey, technical, legal, organizational and cost. The study is cross experimental design, the population is of 27.420 pregnant women. The total initial investment of S/. 202, 669; of which S/. 166,769 correspond to investment and tangible fixed S/. 35,900 , the intangible investment; and an investment in working capital of S/. 29,103 being the contribution of the partners of S/. 200,811 and the remaining 20% financed by the Continental Bank. Below are results in the following financial indicators: VANE= S/. 884,975 TIRE= 80.18%, VANF= S/. 870,754 TIRF= 92.64%. In concrete terms the project is economically and financially
