The general objective of this investigation is: To determine how the binding precedent contained in literal a) of the Plenary Chamber Resolution No. 002-2021-SUNAFIL/TFL, affects the principle of administrative typicality, in the sanctioning processes. on child labor, in the Municipality of Metropolitan Lima of Sunafil, 2021-2023. Using a qualitative approach, basic research, which seeks to determine whether or not the principle of administrative typicality is affected, for which an interview guide and documentary analysis have been used as instruments, the first was applied to 6 specialists, and the second analyzed the SUNAFIL resolutions pertinent to the topic. Finally, it was concluded that the binding precedent of literal a) of the Plenary Chamber Resolution No. 002-2021-SUNAFIL/TFL, affects the principle of administrative typicality, in the sanctioning processes on child labor, in the Municipality of Metropolitan Lima. of Sunafil, 2021-2023, violating the principle of typicality, since it does not clarify the doubts regarding the typical aspect of serious offenses in relation to child labor, in fact it has generated much greater confusion, leaving aside the analysis of the typicality with respect to the aforementioned offenses, generating greater uncertainty for carrying out the judgment of typicality.
