Producción y exportación de cebolla amarilla dulce de la empresa Shuman Produce Peru S. A. C, al mercado de Estados Unidos - 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación que existe entre la producción y la exportación de cebolla amarilla dulce de la empresa Shuman Produce Perú SAC al mercado de Estados Unidos, 2021. El método empleado fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo – correlacional, de diseño no experimental, transversal. La población considerada fue la totalidad de trabajadores de la empresa Shuman Produce Perú S.A.C., y la muestra fue no probabilística la cual consto de 15 trabajadores. Para la recolección de datos se empleó la técnica encuesta, y el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario; la validez del instrumento fue a través del juicio de expertos y se comprobó la confiablidad del instrumentó a través del Alfa de Cronbach resultando 0,966 para la Producción y 0,959 para la Exportación. En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos del cuestionario, se analizaron estadísticamente en el programa IBM SPSS Statistics versión 25, utilizando el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman para comprobar la hipótesis de la investigación, dando como resultado un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman = 0,764** y un nivel de significancia de 0,001, concluyendo que sí existe relación entre las variables, siendo una relación positiva alta y significativa.

The main objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between the production and export of sweet yellow onion from the company Shuman Produce Peru SAC to the United States market, 2021. The method used was a quantitative approach, with a descriptive scope - Correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population considered were all the workers of the company Shuman Produce Perú S.A.C., and the sample was non-probabilistic, which consisted of 15 workers. For data collection, the survey technique was used, and the instrument used was the questionnaire; the validity of the instrument was through expert judgment and the reliability of the instrument was verified through Cronbach's Alpha, resulting in 0.966 for Production and 0.959 for Export. Regarding the results obtained from the questionnaire, they were statistically analyzed in the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 program, using Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient to test the research hypothesis, resulting in a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient = 0.764* * and a significance level of 0.001, concluding that there is a relationship between the variables, being a high and significant positive relationship.
