Características de una escuela abierta que genere integración en la comunidad del sector 14 del distrito de Cajamarca

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar las características que tiene una escuela abierta que genere integración en la comunidad del sector 14 en el distrito de Cajamarca en el año 2016, así mismo tiene como objetivos específicos; investigar y analizar proyectos propuestos de espacios urbanos, escuelas abiertas y equipamientos, determinar cómo aprovechar el terreno para la implantación de una escuela abierta, establecer cómo conectar la ciudad con una escuela, así mismo determinar cómo generar vinculación entre escuela y comunidad. Como metodología, se eligió analizar dos análisis de casos, el primero creado y construido por el estudio de Obranegra Arquitectos y el segundo por el arquitecto Mathías Klotz, las cuales son una referencia arquitectónica para la concepción del proyecto, con la finalidad de adoptar las características de una escuela abierta, que permitan contribuir a la elaboración y reflexión propia sobre el acto de proyectar arquitectura. Con la investigación realizada se concluye que por la ubicación del proyecto arquitectónico se logra establecer una red de equipamiento educativo, así mismo se logró determinar las características que tiene una escuela abierta que genere integración en la comunidad, también se alcanzó investigar y analizar proyectos propuestos de espacios urbanos, escuelas abiertas y equipamientos a través de los análisis de casos, se determinó que el aprovechamiento del terreno se da mediante plataformas y cubiertas de uso común. ABSTRACT The present research has as general objective to determine the characteristics that an open school that generates integration in the community of sector 14 in the district of Cajamarca in the year 2016, also has specific objectives; Research and analyze proposed projects of urban spaces, open schools and facilities, determine how to take advantage of the ground for the implementation of an open school, establish how to connect the city with a school, and determine how to generate links between school and community. As a methodology, we chose to analyze two case analyzes, the first one created and built by the study of Obranegra Arquitectos and the second by the architect Mathías Klotz, which are an architectural reference for the conception of the project, with the purpose of adopting the characteristics Of an open school, that allow to contribute to the elaboration and own reflection on the act of projecting architecture. The research concluded that because of the location of the architectural project, it was possible to establish a network of educational equipment, and the characteristics of an open school that generated integration in the community were also determined. It was also possible to investigate and analyze proposed projects. Urban spaces, open schools and equipment through case analysis, it was determined that the land use takes place through platforms and decks of common use.
