This research was entitled “The perceived quality and its influence on customer loyalty of a veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory Lima - 2018”, whose main purpose was to determine the influence of perceived quality on customer loyalty of the organization. Therefore, it was considered to have a basic research type, non-experimental transversal design and correlational level. The sample size was determined by non-probabilistic sampling for convenience, thus constituting 130 clients of the veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory, to whom a questionnaire was applied to measure the behavior of each variable. Among the main results, it obtained that the perceived quality significantly explains 40.5% of customer loyalty; likewise, it is known that 56% of customers have a high perceived quality and 44% have a medium level; while customer loyalty obtained 66% at high level, 32% at medium level and 2% at low level. He also managed to know that the perceived quality in its technical dimension significantly explains 30.9% of behavioral loyalty, as well as the perceived quality in its functional dimension significantly explains 29.7% of attitudinal loyalty. It concludes that, the perceived quality positively and significantly influences the loyalty of the clients of a pharmaceutical laboratory in the city of Lima, 2018.
