Centro de recursos para el aprendizaje y la investigación basándose en los principios de la permeabilidad en la integración del espacio urbano en la ciudad de Trujillo-2020

Abstract

La presente tesis sustenta el diseño arquitectónico del Centro de Recursos para el Aprendizaje y la Investigación – CRAI para el Continuo Urbano de Trujillo, donde el objetivo es establecer la manera en que los Principios de la Permeabilidad se relacionan con la Integración del Espacio Urbano. El proyecto se desarrolla como una alternativa para implementar un equipamiento urbano con carácter Cultural - Educativo a nivel del Continuo Urbano de Trujillo que brinde al usuario las condiciones adecuadas para su uso y funcionalidad, donde el planteamiento de una arquitectura permeable permitirá que el objeto arquitectónico se pueda integrar al espacio urbano. La presente tesis está establecida en cinco capítulos que establecen la forma adecuada para abordar dicha investigación, y que permiten saber cuál es el alcance del diseño arquitectónico de un equipamiento de estas características, basado en las variables establecidas anteriormente. Para este propósito ha sido conveniente la delimitación y análisis de la realidad problemática, continuando con el desarrollo del marco teórico fundamentado a partir de los antecedentes encontrados y la utilización de fichas de análisis de casos de estudio, para determinar y comparar nuestra realidad actual con lo que se está manejando en otras latitudes. De esta forma se desarrolla la investigación teórica del proyecto cuyo fin es obtener lineamientos que posteriormente serán aplicados en el diseño arquitectónico del proyecto. La propuesta arquitectónica, se sustentada a través del fundamento estadístico, lo que permite establecer el dimensionamiento y la envergadura del proyecto, que aunado con los puntos anteriores permite establecer la programación arquitectónica y determinación del terreno apropiado, estableciendo de este modo la idea rectora y la aplicación de las variables de investigación. Como producto de esta investigación, se determinaron los criterios para el diseño como: Fluidez, Continuidad, Porosidad, Accesibilidad, Emplazamiento, Orientación, Elementos de diseño urbano, Tipos de espacios públicos urbanos manejables y Características físicas del espacio urbano. Finalmente la tesis concluye que los resultados determinaron la relación directa entre las variables de estudio, Principios de la Permeabilidad y la Integración del Espacio Urbano, lo que posteriormente permitió obtener las pautas y lineamientos que se aplicaron en el diseño del CRAI para la Provincia de Trujillo.

This thesis supports the architectural design of the Center of Resources for Learning and Research - CRAI for the Urban Continuum of Trujillo, where the objective is to establish the way in which the Principles of Permeability relate to the Integration of Urban Space. The project is developed as an alternative to implement an urban facility with a Cultural - Educational character at the level of the Trujillo Urban Continuum that provides the user with the appropriate conditions for its use and functionality, where the approach of a permeable architecture will allow the architectural object to be can integrate into urban space. The present thesis is established in five chapters that establish the appropriate way to approach this investigation, and that allow to know what is the scope of the architectural design of an equipment of these characteristics, based on the variables previously established. For this purpose, the delimitation and analysis of the problematic reality has been convenient, continuing with the development of the theoretical framework based on the antecedents found and the use of case study analysis files, to determine and compare our current reality with what is being handled in other latitudes. In this way, the theoretical research of the project is developed whose purpose is to obtain guidelines that will later be applied in the architectural design of the project. The architectural proposal is supported by the statistical foundation, which allows to establish the dimensioning and scope of the project, which together with the previous points allows to establish the architectural programming and determination of the appropriate land, thus establishing the guiding idea and the application of the research variables. As a product of this research, the criteria for design were determined as: Fluidity, Continuity, Porosity, Accessibility, Location, Orientation, Urban design elements, Types of manageable urban public spaces and Physical characteristics of urban space. Finally, the thesis concludes that the results determined the direct relationship between the study variables, Principles of Permeability and the Integration of Urban Space, which later allowed to obtain the guidelines that were applied in the design of the CRAI for the Province of Trujillo.
