Previous research related to the study variable is presented. In the same way, theoretical concepts that support the research are shown. The methodology used is non-experimental, descriptive level, quantitative approach, cross-sectional, the sample is non-probabilistic for convenience. The technique used is the survey, the instrument of which is a self-elaborated questionnaire considering the theoretical bases and the operations that are most performed in electronic banking. The responses were coded using the Likert scale. They were then tabulated in MS Excel. The tabulated data were processed with the statistical program IBM SPSS Version 25, obtaining the results of the investigation in which it is shown that 66% of the operations are carried out with electronic banking in financial entities in the city of Lima in the year 2020.
