The present thesis work entitled HANDLING SPACE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY FOR THE DESIGN OF A HIGH PERFORMANCE EDUCATIONAL CENTER IN THE CITY OF TRUJILLO - 2019, focuses mainly on how the landscape space affects architecture, so that both form a integration. The purpose of this project is to solve a problem in the city of Trujillo - Peru, since, currently, there is a high-performance educational center in the Viru district, which does not supply the entire student population with good academic performance. On the other hand, as a starting point, the landscape space management variable was analyzed since scientific studies affirm that green areas help an adolescent to have a greater capacity for concentration and performance at their academic level. It should be mentioned that currently the educational center located in the Viru district is temporarily. The methodology of a 30-year projection was used to obtain a result that meets the needs of the students in the city of Trujillo. This solution would be ending the current problems through which education takes place in this city. Finally, one of the most used instruments that helped to observe how the variable affects architecture was the case analysis, as well as a list of design guidelines to capture them in the architectural project, rescuing the strength of each analyzed project.
