El transfugismo del afiliado de una organización política y su incidencia en el principio de identidad política

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar la vulneración del principio de identidad política que se da por parte del transfuguismo político. Para ello, se analizó aspectos constitucionales, jurisprudenciales, doctrinales y políticos; asimismo, se realizó entrevistas a especialistas en la materia y se culminó con analizar la afiliación de Fuerza Popular en el Registro de Organizaciones Políticas/JNE. De los resultados obtenidos, todos llevan a concluir que el transfuguismo del afiliado de una organización política vulnera el principio de identidad política; por el hecho que el transfuguismo político está impregnado en todos los niveles del gobierno y no existe una prohibición legal que lo sancione. Además, es un fenómeno que representa el debilitamiento de las instituciones políticas. Por consiguiente, el transfuguismo político debe ser regulado. Pues el presente trabajo de investigación señala algunas recomendaciones que se podría tomar en cuenta respecto al tema investigado.

The objective of this research work is to demonstrate the violation of the principle of political identity that occurs on the part of political transfuguism. For this, constitutional, jurisprudential, doctrinal and political aspects were analyzed; interviews were conducted with specialists in the field and culminated in analyzing the Popular Force affiliation in the Registry of Political Organizations / JNE. From the results obtained, all lead to the conclusion that the transfuguism of the affiliate of a political organization violates the principle of political identity; due to the fact that political transmutation is permeated at all levels of government and there is no legal prohibition to sanction it. Furthermore, it is a phenomenon that represents the weakening of political institutions. Consequently, political transfuguism must be regulated. Well, the present research work indicates some recommendations that could be taken into account with respect to the investigated topic.
