Abstract: La presente tesis tiene como finalidad resolver la siguiente interrogante: ¿Existe relación entre la
educación financiera y la calidad de vida de los microempresarios del Mega Mercado
Huamantanga, 2019?, para ello, se encuestaron a varones y mujeres, con una microempresa a
cargo en dicho mercado.
La investigación se realizó en el Mega Mercado Huamantanga, la cual tiene 730 microempresas,
dedicadas a la comercialización y distribución de diversos productos; sin embargo, con el pasar
de los años se ha visto que algunas microempresas han quebrado endeudándose debido al desconocimiento, mal manejo y malas costumbres en las finanzas personales; asimismo, la falta
de información que tienen de no saber cómo, cuándo y en qué momento adquirir un producto
financiero.
El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo y de alcance correlacional, ya que presentaremos resultados
mediante cantidades que nos permitan determinar si existe relación entre la educación financiera
y la calidad de vida de los microempresarios del Mega Mercado Huamantanga; asimismo, el
instrumento utilizado fue un cuestionario con 16 ítems, utilizando como técnica una encuesta,
contrastando la fiabilidad del instrumento mediante la prueba del Alfa de Cronbach.
Posteriormente se procesaron los datos obtenidos y analizaron mediante el programa IBM SPSS
Statistics 25.0, donde a través de la prueba de Chi Cuadrado de Pearson se comprobó que sí
existe una correlación significativa entre las variables educación financiera y calidad de vida.
This thesis aims to provide a solution to the following question: Is there a relationship between financial education and the quality of life of micro entrepreneurs at the Huamantanga Mega Market, 2019?, For this, both men and women were surveyed, with a microenterprise in charge of said market. The research was conducted at the Huamantanga Mega Market, which has 730 microenterprises, dedicated to the commercialization and distribution of diverse products; however, over the years it has been noted that some microenterprises have gone bankrupt due to ignorance, mishandling and bad habits in personal finances; likewise, the lack of information of not knowing how, when and at what time to acquire a financial product. The study focuses on a quantitative and correlational reach, since we will show quantitative results that will allow us to determine whether there is a relationship between financial education and the quality of life of micro entrepreneurs at the Huamantanga Mega Market; Likewise, the instrument used was a questionnaire with 16 items, using a survey as a technique, contrasting the reliability of the instrument through the Cronbach's Alpha test. Subsequently, the data obtained was processed and analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program, where through the Pearson's Chi Square test it was found that there is a significant correlation between variables in financial education and quality of life.
