The objective of this study was to evaluate how CSR is related to customer loyalty in the company Pardos Chicken – chickens and grills in the city of Chiclayo. It corresponded to an applied research, quantitative-correlational level and cross-sectional non-experimental design. The population was made up of 500 customers who consumed in January 2023 at the restaurant. The sample was made up of 218 clients. The Corporate Social Responsibility Scale of the Pardos Chicken company will be applied, with a Cronbach's Alpha index of 0.905, and the Pardos Chicken Customer Loyalty Scale, with a Cronbach's Alpha index of 0.869, both instruments created by the author. They consider a direct and significant relationship between corporate social responsibility and customer loyalty (rho=.404; p<0.00). Likewise, there was a direct and significant relationship between the business ethics dimension with retention of frequent customers (rho=.421; p<0.00) and stimulation of emotional connection (rho=.458; p<0.00). Also, a direct and significant relationship was found between the community commitment dimension with retention of frequent customers (rho=.293; p<0.00) and stimulation of emotional connection (rho=.458; p<0.00). Finally, a direct and significant relationship was found between the environmental management dimension with retention of frequent customers (rho=.304; p<0.00) and stimulation of emotional connection (rho=.349; p<0.00). It is concluded that the greater the corporate social responsibility, the greater the tendency towards customer loyalty, and vice versa.
