This project is aimed to improve the need for study and physical development, mental and teaching of the blind and/or visual weakness in the city of Trujillo, in this way to change how they operate in their lives and the environment, also the form of inclusion of sector of the population as a premise prior to the design of an architectural fact achieving universal accessibility. The way in which arises to meet this need is based strongly in the development of their unaffected senses, in such a way that managed to optimize their perception of space and therefore their daily development. Therefore, also considering the basic approach of the project, training classrooms, rehabilitation and adaptation environments, you have areas of recreation and physical development. For the elaboration of the project is dealt with different thematic related to how the person blind or poor visual perceived the space and how is capable of interpret them different realities that happen to your around. For this population is simple: have to conceive spaces to be perceived and understood through the touch, hearing, smell and visual rest Recalling that the majority of persons with visual impairments are not total blind. The development of the project is raised and two variable related between themselves: 1.- Optimization of the perception of the space: looking for the displacement and mobility of the individual of such way that is adapted to their needs and not receive information of the space as an obstacle; whereas elements that offer more information that the user can acquire. 2.- Application of the acoustic properties of materials: through which the reading of the space to facilitate recognition of the environment in which the individual develops.
