Propuesta de un sistema de planificación de los recursos de manufactura (MRP II) para optimizar la producción de la empresa Editora La Industria de Trujillo S.A.- 2018

Abstract

RESUMEN

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general Determinar la estrategia apropiada que ayude a optimizar la producción en la Empresa Editora La Industria de Trujillo S.A.-2018. Se realizó un análisis de la situación inicial de los procesos productivos, encontrando la realidad problemática existente en el área de producción.

Para el cumplimiento del objetivo se realizó un estudio de investigación no experimental porque no se realizará la implementación del sistema MRP, por lo cual determinaremos una propuesta y se realizará mediante una simulación, el tipo de investigación fue Descriptivo-Prospectivo, porque se describió la situación actual de la producción de la empresa. Se utilizaron como herramientas de recolección de datos el análisis documental, entrevista y observación.

Se realizó la investigación de cómo se encontraba actualmente la empresa, analizando sus incidencias para determinar la realidad problemática, a raíz de la formulación del problema y objetivos.

Se presentan los antecedentes locales y globales, buscando demostrar la contribución de las investigaciones, se compararon con distintos autores sobre la investigación y en el capítulo III se determinó la metodología utilizada.

Los resultados y la discusión establecen que tan efectivo resultará la propuesta del sistema MRP II, también comparamos en la discusión los antecedentes y beneficios de sus estudios. Por último se obtiene como conclusión que la presente investigación generó un beneficio económico positivo para la empresa dando como resultado el valor de VAN: 10, 622.32 soles y TIR: 79.23% siendo favorable para la empresa, además el valor del costo/beneficio dio como resultado: 1.92.

ABSTRACT

The present investigation has like general objective To determine the appropriate strategy that helps to optimize the production in the Publishing Company the Industry of Trujillo S.A.-2018. An analysis was made of the initial situation of the productive processes, finding the problematic reality existing in the production area.

For the fulfillment of the objective a non-experimental research study was carried out because the MRP system will not be implemented, so we will determine a proposal and it will be carried out through a simulation, the type of research was Descriptive-Prospective, because the situation was described current production of the company. The documentary analysis, interview and observation were used as data collection tools.

The investigation of how the company was currently working was carried out, analyzing its incidents to determine the problematic reality, as a result of the formulation of the problem and objectives.

The local and global antecedents are presented, seeking to demonstrate the contribution of the research, compared with different authors about the research and in chapter III the methodology used was determined.

The results and discussion establish how effective the proposal of the MRP II system will be, we also compare in the discussion the background and benefits of their studies.

Finally, it is concluded that the present investigation generated a positive economic benefit for the company resulting in the value of VAN: 10, 622.32
