ABSTRACT This paper has the general objective of the proposed Implementation Good Manufacturing Practices and Marketing footwear company KELKOS EIRL The proposal includes an initial assessment of the company based on the Checklist of Good Manufacturing Practices and Market Phase II, by determining the most important criteria that the company needs to strengthen in areas such as quality and production. As is the area of quality, processes are documented through a qualit y manual, procedures and instructions, placing in each inspection station and graphs to study the behavior of work product defects. In addition, a training plan to achieve BPMM a cycle of continuous improvement and knowledge of the program and its criteria in the minds of operators is proposed. With respect to the production area, the homogeneity of the tasks was achieved in workstations, based on four products: Pibes, Dress, Bagged and Ballerinas, these being the product mix for the application of the technique and Lean Heijunka SMED. This enabled an increase in plant capacity equivalent to 205 more pairs. In addition, better planning of production was achieved making outsourcing eradicate amounting cost S /.11229.14. The results of the proposal is confirmed by the implementation of the Checklist of BPMM getting a rise of 43% compliance with the criteria reaching 76%, this result places the company as eligible for BPMM validity in explaining that “documents has, is implemented by 60% to 65%. “ On the other hand, indicators of profitability, gross margin and net income margin reached a 66.4% increase and 93.94%, respectively, stating that the proposal is profitable for the company.
