ABSTRACT The satisfaction of our internal and external customers is the most important for the development of the organization. INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS S.A.C. Is not alien to the impact that has on the growth of the company the satisfaction of the main users. For this reason their concern and interest in knowing the delay of the delivery times of imported goods makes difficult the commercial management in the company INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS S.A.C.?. This research is proposed as a proposal to improve the import processes of goods, the Ishikawa and Pareto diagrams were developed to identify the main causes that delay or hinder the commercial management in the process of importing goods mentioned by the company. Presenting as a proposal a diagram of operations for optimization of the times. At the start of this project the time taken for the complete import process, from the moment the customer's purchase order was obtained until the product was delivered to the warehouses of the company INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS S.A.C. Ranged from 17 to 21 days. After analyzing each of the milestones that make up the import process, it was found that it was possible to make improvements in some of them, especially in the times involved before the arrival in our country and in the process of nationalization of the merchandise before its Entrance to the warehouse. After implementing the action taken and making the proposed changes, the import times began to oscillate between 12 and 13 days, which implies an improvement from 20% to 30%. Se obtained a lower rate of complaints with our internal users and clients, faster to acquire a product but above all a better efficiency with respect to the expenses related directly with our imported products, in order to optimize the resources (time and money) which Are vital in the organization.
