The present research was done with the objective of determining the influence of a mobile application in the student outcomes measurement process of the Computational Systems Engineering program of the Privada del Norte University in 2019. The type of study was pre-experimental; with a sample consisting of the student outcomes measurement processes executed in the academic periods 2018-2 and 2019-1. Observation guides and checklists were used for the data collection. For the data analysis, equations defined by the authors and weights, time measures (minutes, days) were used, which were extracted from the expected values document, provided by the Computer Systems Engineering Accreditation Committee (CAISC). The dimensions included in the student outcomes measurement process are professors management, graduates management, pre-professional internship employers management and measurement reports preparation; and the dimensions included in the web application were Functional Adequacy and Usability. The results obtained showed that the web application increased the efficacy of the process by 5267.84%. Based on the above, we can conclude that a web application significantly aids in the collection, analysis and processing of the student outcomes measurement process data.
