This research project called “Proposal of the Perfect Order Model to improve the quality of the performance of the Gasification Emulsion Supply Chain in the Mining Sector - Cajamarca” composed of the following sectors: Manufacturer, Logistic Operator and Final Client, aims improve the processes that are part of the Supply Chain, focusing attention on the Logistics Operator, responsible for the arrival of the product at the destination fully complying with the technical specifications described in the purchase order, in order to make the end user satisfied in your expectations of product and service quality, giving your purchase order the status of Perfect Order. The type of study for this research was applied with a descriptive level, whose research design is non-experimental - transversal, the population is composed of 7 Mining Companies and the sample is not probabilistic for convenience. For data collection, interviews with members of the different states of the Supply Chain and the operational information of a year of activities of a logistics operator were used, from which the deviations are identified through the AMFE tool. As a result of the investigation, the decrease from 4328 initial NPR to 1943 final NPR was reduced, decreasing by 55.11%. The proposed application of the Perfect Order Model in the Logistics Operator reduces deviations to 20% and increases economic efficiency to 80%, having an equivalence of S / 603,690.00 which represents a saving or gain for the Logistics Operator.
