This research aims to determine the relationship between Self-efficacy and Burnout Syndrome in the personnel of a Military Institution of Callao, in the year 2021. This research obeys a quantitative approach, has a non-experimental design, cross-sectional. and correlational scope. The results indicate that there is no correlation between Self-efficacy and Burnout Syndrome. (Rho = -.135; p = .104), while there is a correlation between self-efficacy and emotional exhaustion (Rho = -.322; p = .000), self-efficacy and indifference (Rho = -.243; p = .003) and self-efficacy and professional efficacy (Rho = -.330; p = .000). The limitations of this study are based on the pandemic situation, as well as on the few investigations that have been developed from the variables in the same or similar populations. The implications of the present investigation showed that in some investigations different results are obtained, this may be due to the space in which each population develops or other factors that influence development.
