La auditoría de gestión y su influencia en la rentabilidad de la empresa CHT Peruana S.A. Lima - 2018

Abstract

La investigación titulada: la Auditoria de Gestión y su influencia en la Rentabilidad de la Empresa CHT PERUANA S.A. Lima – 2018 expuso como objetivo, determinar en qué medida la auditoría de gestión influye en la rentabilidad de la empresa CHT PERUANA S.A. Lima en el 2018. La investigación se desarrolló con el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, diseño no experimental, descriptivo simple y transversal, puesto que no hay manipulación de las variables y los hechos se analizan tal y como se presentan en el contexto, población y muestra estuvo formada por 56 personas empresa CHT PERUANA S.A. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario validado por juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad con alfa de Cronbach. La investigación determinó que la auditoria de gestión influye en la rentabilidad de la empresa CHT PERUANA S.A. Lima, año 2018. De acuerdo a los resultados de la tabla 1 y 4 se muestran un nivel eficiente de 30,36% en la auditoria de gestión en la empresa CHT PERUANA S.A. asimismo, un nivel eficiente del 23,21% y un nivel moderado de 42,86% en su rentabilidad. En tal sentido se resalta que la auditoría de gestión influye positivamente en la rentabilidad.

The research entitled: the Audit of Management and its influence on the Profitability of the Company CHT PERUANA S.A. Lima – 2018 he showed as a target, determine the extent to which the management audit influences the profitability of CHT PERUANA S.A. Lima in 2018. The research was developed with the quantitative approach, descriptive type, non- experimental design, simple and transversal descriptive, since there is no manipulation of the variables and the facts are analyzed as presented in the context, Population and sample consisted of 56 people company CHT PERUANA S.A. The technique used was the survey with his instrument the questionnaire validated by expert judgement and reliability with Cronbach alpha. The research determined that the management audit influences the profitability of the company CHT PERUANA S.A. Lima, year 2018. According to the results of Table 1 and 4, an efficient level of 30.36% is shown in the management audit at CHT PERUANA S.A. also, an efficient level of 23.21% and a moderate level of 42.86% in its profitability. In this regard, it is emphasized that the management audit positively influences profitability.
