The present investigation has as objective to improve the process of the area of sales administration (ADV) for the satisfaction of the client of the automotive company YOSHIVAL SAC. Therefore, it has a basic research type, quantitative approach, with correlational scope, non-experimental design - cross-sectional. The company under study is located as a central store in Los Olivos. Lima For the investigation of the thesis, the following research question was asked: In what way are the adv processes related to customer satisfaction? The following objective was set: To determine in what way the adv processes are related to customer satisfaction and the hypothesis: The improvement of the administrative sales processes is related to customer satisfaction of the company YOSHIVAL SAC. To analyze the relationship between the adv process and customer satisfaction, a survey was conducted to evaluate the following variables: improvement process and customer satisfaction. This survey was applied to 33 participants of the company. The questionnaire has 20 questions distributed in the following way: 11 items for the improvement process variable and 9 questions for the customer satisfaction variable. This instrument has a range of five categories (always, almost always, sometimes, almost never, never). Obtaining in the results, it was determined that the p_value was 0.000 (< 0.05) therefore it was determined that there is a relationship between process improvement and customer satisfaction in the research unit with a considerable positive Spearman correlation level of 0.620.
