This research develops a customer relationship management strategy that articulates processes immersed in the commercial management of the Kiva Network company, which is based on concepts of Acquisition, Sale and Retention processes. It was determined under the previous study of analysis of internal and external factors, problems regarding the diffusion of the brand, communication errors, delays in service, delay in sending notifications to customers who are in debt and, by hence, loss of them. To do this, a CRM strategy design for Commercial Management was proposed, redefining commercial processes, proposing strategies for publishing articles and carrying out publications and campaigns to disseminate the brand, applying AIDA methodology, Top 7 Insights, creating an Attention Guide for Clients in order to improve communication and also, the adoption of technology such as a Sectorized Agenda for the registration of pending, clients and notification alerts. A Pre-test and Post-Test survey of the design of the proposed strategy was carried out, obtaining as a result 92% of the respondents have always been attended in a timely manner, 83% always had an error-free interaction, 92% are always satisfied With the services provided, in the case of the dissemination of the mara, 67% always recognize Kiva with the expression of Strategy, Innovation and Technology, in addition 42% occasionally interact with the publications, finally, 100% of surveyed customers said they would recommend Kiva to their friends and family. The investigation is concluded, with the analysis of economic viability with a NPV of soles, the internal rate of return IRR with a% and a Cost Benefit (B / C) of 1.72.
