During the Covid-19 pandemic, SENATI -Servicio Nacional de Adiestramiento en Trabajo Industrial-, determined that its Admission processes should be migrated to the web platform CRM: Customer Relationship Management, using the virtual Call Center Five9, which means that commercial advisors should use this system to make and register phone calls to applicants or leads; however, there is no physical evidence of the conversion process from enrollment, from the performance of the POG: Free Online Test to obtain the VPM: Enrollment Payment Voucher. This research aims to determine the feasibility of optimizing the conversion ratio from leads to enrollment in the admission funnel by 8%, through an analysis and interpretation of the objections of the leads for not enrolling that reach 86% and try to optimize the cascade conversion to meet the goals proposed by the Zonal Management and supervised by the Management of Marketing and Commercial Management from SENATI Lima. The technique used was the observation and documentary compilation from the analysis of the Excel extracted from the CRM Web Senati that includes the databases of commercial prospecting for each headquarters and table of goals in each professional career of the vacancies offered at national level. A Checklist-type instrument was designed with 97% average validity, supported by 7 experts: SENATI's Marketing and Commercial Management Manager and 6 multidisciplinary professionals in information technology, who after verifying the proposed items according to a nominal scale obtained 22% as Good and 78% Very Good, in terms of the following categories: wording, content, congruence and relevance. The population is made up of 184,496 unique records of the CRM Web Senati distributed by 95,990 leads, 62,139 entrants, 26,367 enrolled students worked by the 72 commercial advisors at the national level and the sample by the 2158 unique records distributed by the 496 leads, 912 entrants, 750 enrolled students worked by the 4 commercial advisors of the CFP Cajamarca headquarters of the Senati 2021-20 admission process who used the WB: WhatsApp Business as a complementary virtual tool to the cloud call registration in Five9, the same that at initiative, applying the Persuasion Theory of Alan Weiss, the AIDA model of persuasion in sales and knowing the Kotler's Purchase Decision Process establishing the 5A methodology, employing the lead nurturing strategy: content marketing, on two fronts: educating leads and loyalty to the leads with the Senati brand. By using this innovative strategy, we achieved 30% optimal conversion ratio from leads to enrolled students, which is within the acceptable percentage range, complementary to the Call Center follow-up process that obtained 14% and the one proposed by SENATI was 18%, distributed from leads to enrolled students in 62% when using WB, which is within the acceptable percentage range, complementary to the Call center follow-up process, which obtained 37% and that proposed by SENATI was 52%, in the conversion of entrants into enrollees, 43% was obtained by using WB, which is within the acceptable percentage range, complementary to the Call center follow-up process, which obtained 30% and that proposed by SENATI was 33%. The type of research is pre-experimental with a quantitative descriptive cross-sectional approach, using the statistical model obtained from Microsoft Excel of the Coefficient of Determination R2 = 0.9875, being the square of the Pearson correlation coefficient, which means that the prediction when using WB is very reliable and the hypothesis is tested and projected for future admission processes. Therefore, by using the inductive regression analysis using the simulator proposed in this thesis for the same number of unique records, it is shown that if WhatsApp Business were used in the next 6 academic processes, it would generate considerable economic income for a self-sustainable private company. It is recommended to propose to SENATI the acquisition of corporate licenses of WhatsApp Business Premium to have access to advanced tools, which would be installed on the corporate cell phones of the commercial advisors, in addition to implementing the WhatsApp API on the admissions website to derive objections from prospecting with persuasive content marketing and thus optimize the conversion from leads to finally enroll them. In addition, SENATI should regulate this API WB to be governed by the Peruvian Law of protection of personal data, Law No. 29733 and its guiding principles. That is why the importance of this research that provides the demonstrable supporting technological guidelines for the Marketing and Commercial Management of SENATI to carry out a formal procedure and implement the use of WhatsApp Business or WhatsApp marketing as a complementary virtual tool to the use of the Call Center in future admission processes.
