The purpose of this research work is to analyze the influence of eggshell on the compressive strength, setting time and workability of concrete f`c=210 Kg/cm2 in the proportions of 2.5% and 5% of the cement weight; where which will determine the compressive strength. the methodology used is quasi-experimental. We carry out the tests in the laboratory to obtain the mix design for f'c= 210 and 280 kg/cm2 by the ACI method. Product of the addition of crushed eggshell in percentages of 2.5% and 5% to the weight of the cement in the case of concrete of f'c=210kg/cm2, favors the increase in its resistance to compression, setting time and its workability with respect to the standard sample. In conclusion, the addition of crushed eggshell for the concrete design f'c=210 kg/cm2 is recommended since it could be used as a retarding additive for its final setting, increasing its resistance to compression. In addition, it increases the workability of the concrete, making it more fluid and easier to handle during the construction process.
