The research was carried out at the company BERAMED EIRL, the main objective being to improve the production processes in the BEYRA 106 clinical bed manufacturing line to increase the productivity of the company, within the analysis it was observed that there are delays in the manufacturing line and unnecessary transportation as well as disorder in the work area, consequently there are delays during the development of manufacturing activities which affect its productivity. In relation to this, the improvement proposal included development of the Guerchet and SLP methods, study of times through the Westinghouse system and supplementary times, standardization of processes and 5S methodologies. After the improvement proposal, it was possible to decrease the production speed from 1.69 hours / clinical bed to 1.45 hours / clinical bed, with respect to the percentage of compliance with the 5S increased from 66% to 99%, the net productivity had an increase of S / 1.83 soles / sol invested at S /. 2.07 suns / sun invested, HH productivity rose from 0.18 bed / hour worked to 0.19 bed / hour worked, in addition, physical efficiency increased from 81% of PM used to 92% of PM used, on the other hand, productive and unproductive activities increased and decreased by 2.4% respectively. Likewise, the following values were obtained in the financial analysis: NPV: S /. 12,009.96, IRR: 80% IR: S /. 3.54.
