This research sought to determine the influence of the “Reporters of Education“ strategy on the communication skills of the students of the Marayapata educational network, belonging to the district of La Encañada, province of Cajamarca, 2016. The research had an experimental design - pre Specifically pretest and posttest experimental studies, considered that social practices manipulate independent variables to achieve behavioral changes in the target population, due to the type of design, there was no absolute control of the sample, the scope was descriptive because the reporters' strategy of the education in network students and its influence on their communication skills. The main findings of the research is that evidence is generated in favor of the hypothesis that the communication strategy “Reporters of Education“ influences the communication skills of the students of the Maraypata educational network. This is sustained by the change in the level of communication skills before and after the strategy of the students participating in the education reporters strategy, before the strategy of all the students of the Maraypata Network, 14.3% are at the level of “No achievement“ and 85.7 % at the “Start” level, after the intervention of the strategy in this same group, 42.9% are at the “Start” level and 57.1% at the “Basic enough” level, while the students who participate both of the reading promotion project as of the strategy before the strategy will be seen at 100% at the “Start“ level, while after the strategy 100% will be seen at the “Basic - S“ level sufficient ”this demonstrates a significant influence of the students participating in the strategy since 100% are at the“ basic - sufficient ”level while those who do not participate only achieve 57.1% at this level. In this investigation, evidence was also generated in favor of the impact of the education reporters strategy since it managed to generate that 100% will improve their motivation, 100% will improve their oral expression, 100% will improve their critical thinking and 67% will improve their participation. These dimensions are used to operationalize the attitude towards reading. Finally, it should be noted that the research investigated the change in attitude towards reading that promotes the reporters' strategy of education, and whether it contributed to communication skills.
