ABSTRACT The main objective of the present investigation is to propose the implementation of a process of collection of secondary fibers in bulk that positively impact on the cost savings in the Company of the item Papelero in the year 2017. In order to obtain the theoretical basis of process management , Was elaborated based on different authors which indicates that in the development of the history of quality we find the masters of quality such as: W. Edwards Deming, Joseph M. Juran, Kaoru Ishikawa, Philip B. Crosby among others; Allowing with their contributions to develop the quality in the companies; That is to say they created a philosophy where continuous improvement must be implemented in the company with the purpose of seeking customer satisfaction. Among all the tools recommended by the different authors mentioned in the previous paragraph for the present investigation were used the analysis tools such as the Ishikawa diagram, and the method of process flow that consists of grouping teams, people, and procedures or Systems which will be used for the production of products. In order to develop the specific objectives, the current methodology for the purchase of secondary fiber raw material has been identified, which is carried out with the collection of post-consumer packages by the different collecting companies, which identify the different paper industries to offer it, as well As the costs incurred in this process. According to the results obtained in the present investigation it has been determined that the paper industry requires 2,500 tons of cardboard and recycled paper monthly with an investment of 15'450,500.00 Soles annually, considering that the raw material does not have the necessary quality and often exists Shortages due to the supply and demand of the market. Finally, the present research proposes a realistic proposal for the purchase of raw material such as secondary fibers in bulk or paper and cardboard recycled in bulk; Being this 2,800 tons with the investment of 16,512,000 soles annually: Allowing the paper industry to buy 300 tons more in raw material with an annual cost savings of S / 822,000.00 (eight hundred twenty-two thousand and 00/100 Soles). This economic saving could be achieved if the paper company would implement a new process of gathering raw material or recycled bulk paper focused on good quality management. KEYWORDS: process management, bulk secondary fiber collection process, quality tools, Ccost savings.
