ABSTRACT This document describes the problems of the exports of independent Peruvian music as well as the need to attend to the sector of the independent Peruvian music industries in which there are specific needs for development and strengthening to be seen as an exportable industry through Culture and business. This is why public information was gathered from the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru through PromPerú and Marca Perú as a research space in which efforts are being made to promote our Peruvian music. The main objective of this work is to know how the export of Peruvian Independent Music influences Hispanic America for the development of the Peruvian Music Industry, through Marca Peru, since it has relevant information that needs to be addressed and to specify the different aspects of influence of this task deployed by Promperu. In addition, we want to know how the formality of the producers influences to achieve their commercial objectives and finally how costs affect the task of exporting Peruvian music. Independent Peruvian music has been developing isolated efforts in the field of music exports, with low budgets and high risk margins. The state from the Ministry of Culture is managed economic aid international mobility while Promperu tries to develop strategies in the way of the export of independent Peruvian music but it is decided not to give priority to the budget for that purpose and this is diminishing business opportunities as well as producers do not manage to formalize their musical projects as small entrepreneurs and this affects their internationalization commercial strategy. It was concluded that all the aspects related to the export of music are related to the planted hypotheses and that it is important and necessary to attend the sector of the Peruvian music industry since it would generate greater business opportunities, formalization and the longing for internationalization.
