The present investigation has like objective the development of the proposal of improvement in the management of re-utilization of the condensate (water extracted of the fresh milk) in the area of Production; to reduce operational costs in the company Gloria SA, Trujillo headquarters. To this end, a series of procedures and guidelines were carried out Turing the process. First, a diagnosis was made of the current situation of the company in the aforementioned area. Determining the levels of loss and problems that arise in the production area due to the bad handling of the condensate coming from the evaporation of fresh milk. The increase in the costs of maintenance of drainage lines and emergency repairs that occurs in the facilities of the plant due to the temperature and volume of condensate water drained by this network has generated in the last year an increase in costs 50% of the annual budget allocated for these works. The total condensate produced during the evaporation of milk does not have an adequate management and treatment planning, since it is drained into the environment, thereby generating an inadequate situation with the permissible legal limit levels of the industrial water drainage parameters. Not having policies of exploitation on the resources that the company has generates a very high opportunity cost After determining the root causes through the Ishikawa Diagram, we chose that root causes originate most of the operating costs of the Plant. The proposals for improvement were developed with the use of tools such as plant design, with which it is proposed to make a proposal for fluid management with environmental procedures also implementing quality indicators and indicators of use. The results of the economic evaluation indicate a NPV of S /. 16, 296,229.84 TIR of 94.42%, BC of S / .1, 6 and PRI of 2 years and 3 months, which show the profitability of the proposals for improvement in the management of the recovered condensate.
