Following the market introduction of new ion exchange resins which show improved properties compared with resins that could be found some years ago, is that we are encouraged to do this work in part to consolidate the knowledge they have about and treat them in a simple way how to evaluate when a resin is to work with leaching solutions containing cyanide variety of complex, obviously due to the heterogeneity of the minerals involved. This work is justifiable to implement a system with ion exchange resins to improve the recovery of gold from cyanide solutions in order to obtain a poor solution with a minimum amount of gold and reduce reprocessing, as well as reduce cycle desorption of the resin and the consumption of reagents.The research work was conducted in the Plant column adsorption MYSRL Company, Encañada District, Province of Cajamarca.
