The objective of this thesis was to determine the analysis of the importation of oncological drugs for the Peruvian market 2017. According to the design, this research is non-experimental descriptive, since the data did not suffer any manipulation and were only observed from the Sunat and Aduanet institutions . The following results were obtained: the Perulab company made more imports of oncological medicines in 2017, in turn the Quality Pharma company was the one that made the most imports of drugs for cancer with the highest incidence in Peru, with a percentage of 29 % of a total of 14 imports per year. The country of origin of the most important oncological medicines by the pharmaceutical companies was the country of Germany, of this country 40 imports were made out of a total of 77, during the year 2017. Likewise, the amount of oncological medicines that were eliminated through the Law No. 27450 were 124 of a total of 156, of these drugs the most imported by natural person was the oncological drug called Asparaginase Apegilada, whose sum total was 32 imports during the year 2017, being the origin of this drug the country of China . In relation to Free Trade Agreements, Peru integrates a variety of these with the different countries of the world, with the purpose of tariff reduction, In conclusion, despite the fact that oncological drugs are tax-free or tax-free, the cost of these drugs has not decreased at all, this was verified by comparing the prices of medicines with the countries of Argentina and Chile, noting that the country of Chile is the one with the lowest prices, although the three countries in question belong to the same agreement: Latin American Integration Association.
