Análisis de la importación de medicamentos oncológicos para el mercado peruano, 2017

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar el análisis de la importación de medicamentos oncológicos para el mercado peruano 2017. Según el diseño esta investigación es no experimental descriptiva, ya que los datos no sufrieron ninguna manipulación y solo fueron observados de las instituciones de Sunat y Aduanet. Se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados, la empresa Perulab, realizo más importaciones de medicamentos oncológicos en el año 2017, a su vez la empresa Quality Pharma fue la que realizo más importaciones de medicamentos para cáncer de mayor incidencia en el Perú, con un porcentaje de 29% de un total de 14 importaciones por año. El país de origen de los medicamentos oncológicos más importados por las empresas farmacéuticas fue el país de Alemania, de este país se realizó 40 importaciones de un total de 77, durante el año 2017. Asimismo, la cantidad de medicamentos oncológicos que fueron desgravados mediante la Ley nº 27450 fueron 124 de un total de 156, de éstos medicamentos el más importado por persona natural fue el medicamento oncológico llamado Asparaginasa Apegilada, cuya suma total fue de 32 importaciones durante el año 2017, siendo el origen de este medicamento el país de china. En relación a los Tratados de Libre Comercio, el Perú integra variedad de estos con los diferentes países del mundo, teniendo como finalidad la desgravación arancelaria, En conclusión, a pesar que los medicamentos oncológicos están desgravados o inafectos a impuestos, el costo de estos medicamentos no ha disminuido en absoluto, esto se comprobó al comparar los precios de los medicamentos con los países de Argentina y Chile, observándose que el país de Chile es el que tiene los precios más bajos, a pesar que los tres países en mención, pertenecen al mismo acuerdo: Asociación Latinoamericana de Integración. (ALADI).

The objective of this thesis was to determine the analysis of the importation of oncological drugs for the Peruvian market 2017.
