ABSTRACT The work is the result of a study of the influence of work climate on the quality of patient care in the health center Baños Inca. The objective was to determine the influence of the work climate on the quality of patient care in the Baños Inca health center. The research that was carried out is of a qualitative type, a cross - sectional descriptive method. The sample studied was determined by convenience, with 12 respondents for both work climate and quality of care; The data collection was performed using a questionnaire for labor climate that consisted of 55 questions, measuring 11 dimensions having 5 response alternatives; And for quality of care a survey of 15 questions that measure 3 dimensions with 2 alternatives of response, which were applied with prior informed consent. As a statistical technique to test the hypothesis the Somers test was performed, the approximate significance (Sig. Aprox = 0.00) is lower than the level of significance, therefore we could affirm that the labor climate significantly influences the quality of care Patient of the Baños Inca Health Center. The result obtained for work climate shows that 66.7% of respondents disagree with this; Likewise, a similar result was obtained for the quality of care variable found that 66.7% of respondents stated that there is no good quality of care, therefore it was concluded that the work climate directly influences the quality of care Baños del Inca Health Center.
