The underground mining proposal for the year 2019 is developed in the “ Revolución 3 de octubre Nº 2” Mine, located in the province of Ambo, district of San Rafael, Region Huanuco to 4360 masl. The operations are in the veins Eusebio, Berta Alexandra; where a polymetallic deposit is exploited whose occurs as lenses of widening and thinning as: rosary, branches, sigmoid ties 0.5 to 2.0 m. power. There are zones with widening that can get more than 2.0 m. The length of the veins emerge in the surface more than 1500 m approximately with projection to NE and SW. The vein mineralogy consist in: galena, chalcopiryte, lead, zinc, copper, sphalerite, pyrite and bornite, with possible presence of free quartz gold, these types characteristics are similar to the gold veins of the province of Pataz – Parcoy and others. The research has a specific aim determine the proved reserves and the characteristics of rock box and ore, to select the mining method and increase the mineral production in the “Revolution Mine”. As well as design mining work and the unit operations plan of mined to increase. Finally determine the cost in preparation and the economic evaluation of the mining exploitation methods proposed. For the year 2019 the investment amounts to US $ 4’228,535 for an advance of 5,011 m, with a cost of cut and fill method of US $237,215 per year, Dynamic shrinkage of US$ 415,150 per year and Sub Level Stopping of US$ 562,408 per year. The investment schedule is for a period of 4 years. The economic evaluation carried out of specific was with a cost of Capital Opportunity of 12 %, to this project it indicate that it is viable and profitable: VAN Cut and Fill: 3’881,005; TIR cut and Fill: 45%; B/C 1.92. The return period of the initial investment with the cut and fill method is 2 years. VAN Dynamic Shrinkage: 5’952,496; TIR Dynamic shrinkage: 84%; B/C 2.41. The return period of the initial investment with the Dynamic Shrinkage is 1 year. VAN Sub Level Stopping: 9’095, 572; TIR Sub Level Stoping: 159%; B/C: 3-15. The return period of the initial investment with the Sub Level stopping is 6 months.
