This thesis carried out an applied research with a quantitative approach and an explanatory level to analyze the process of evaluating proposals for vehicle consumer credit and the technological solution that supports it. In order to validate the hypothesis, the users who used said technological solution were surveyed. Data collection was done through the extraction of monthly reports and the application of satisfaction surveys in two pre and post times. The dimensions used for the dependent variable time, effectiveness, and satisfaction. For data analysis, the student t test and a frequency calculation were used to find satisfaction. The results obtained showed that there is a significant difference between the two measurement times. Also taking into account that unlike a monolithic application, which is a single deployment unit, microservices encapsulate business capabilities, communicate with each other, and manage their own data; and that due to these characteristics they favor decentralization in all aspects of software design. Based on the aforementioned, we can conclude that the web application based on microservices is a modern technological solution for the proposal evaluation process and has a positive influence on the evaluation of loan proposals in Caja Rural Prymera.
