Diseño arquitectónico de un conservatorio de música, basado en un diseño acústico, en cuanto a control de ruido, para permitir el confort acústico en el desarrollo de las actividades.

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación corresponde a la aplicación de lineamientos orientados hacia un diseño acústico, para la mejora de la acústica, en cuanto control de ruido en una obra, en este caso un Conservatorio de Música. Se propone una solución arquitectónica que busca aprovechar los lineamientos brindados por los componentes de un Diseño Acústico. Estos estándares establecidos de manera concreta, permitiendo el desarrollo las actividades dentro del Conservatorio. El autor desarrolla el documento en siete capítulos en cada uno con sus respectivos esquemas desarrollo. En el primer capítulo se desarrolla el planteamiento de la problemática que enmarca la investigación, la justificación en cuanto a la necesidad de realizar el presente estudio, las limitaciones que podrían dificultar su desarrollo y cuáles son los objetivos que se pretenden alcanzar con esta investigación. El segundo capítulo contiene en recopilación de investigaciones realizadas anteriormente por diferentes autores, considerados como referentes importantes para el desarrollo de la investigación; consecutivamente se desarrollan las bases teóricas que sustentan el presente trabajo, y luego la definición de los términos utilizados en la tesis para lograr un óptimo entendimiento de la investigación. El tercer capítulo es conformado por la formulación de la hipótesis donde se definen de forma general las variables que serán objeto de la investigación. A partir del cuarto capítulo se desarrolla la recopilación, de datos información y lo relacionado con el proyecto arquitectónico. Para luego en los siguientes capítulos encontrar la información recolectada procesada, en conclusiones, a partir de las cuales el autor brinda ciertas recomendaciones a los interesados en el documento.

ABSTRACT This research is the implementation of guidelines oriented acoustic design for improved acoustics, noise control as in a play, in this case a Conservatory of Music. An architectural solution that seeks to capitalize on the guidelines provided by the components of an acoustic design is proposed. These standards set in concrete ways, enabling the development activities within the Conservatory. The author develops the document into seven chapters each with their development schemes. In the first chapter the approach of framing the research problem, justification as to the need for this study, the limitations that could hamper their development and what are the objectives to be achieved with this research are developed. The second chapter contains compilation of research previously carried out by different authors, considered important for the development of related research; consecutively theoretical bases that support this work, and then the definition of terms used in the thesis for optimal understanding of the research are developed. The third chapter is comprised of the formulation of the hypothesis which is generally defined variables that are under investigation. From the fourth chapter the collection of data and develops information related to the architectural project. To then find the following chapters the processed data collected in conclusions, from which the author provides some recommendations for those interested in the document.
