Estrategias de control de inventarios para optimizar la rentabilidad de la empresa Inversiones Enelver S.A.C., Tumbes 2017

Abstract

En toda empresa hoy en día es indispensable contar con estrategias de control de inventarios para la verificación de sus stocks de existencias, optimizar su rentabilidad y lograr sus objetivos establecidos. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar las estrategias de control de inventarios para optimizar la rentabilidad de la empresa Inversiones Enelver SAC; se realizó un diagnóstico del estado actual del almacén, donde se verificó diversos problemas como el no llevar un registro adecuado del ingreso y salida de mercaderías, no contaban con un manual de organización y funciones, se detectó sobre stock de mercaderías y deficiencia en la distribución y organización del almacén. Para establecer este análisis sobre la realidad de la empresa utilizamos instrumentos de recolección de datos. Para ello en el diseño realizamos la propuesta más apropiada para que la empresa logre optimizar su rentabilidad, se mejoró los procesos de recepción y almacenamiento de mercadería, se diseñó el organigrama donde se indica que debe haber un área de logística, diseñando un manual de organización y funciones el cual fue entregado al personal para que tenga conocimiento de cuáles serían sus funciones con las nuevas responsabilidades asignadas, se diseñó e implementó formatos de ingreso y un acta para dar de baja la mercadería obsoleta y pueda ser registrado contablemente. Todas estas estrategias aplicadas en la empresa Inversiones Enelver SAC ayudaron a mejorar su funcionamiento del control de sus inventarios para lograr sus objetivos de tal manera poder seguir creciendo y permanecer en el mercado. Por ello concluimos que implementando estas estrategias de control de inventarios se logró optimizar la rentabilidad de la empresa Inversiones Enelver SAC. Este estudio proporciona una valiosa información a la empresa, sobre lo importante que es tener un eficiente control de inventarios, ya que esto garantiza optimizar la rentabilidad de la empresa y consecuentemente su crecimiento.

In every company today, it is essential to have inventory control strategies to verify your stock of stocks, optimize your profitability and achieve your established objectives. The main objective of this research work is to determine inventory control strategies to optimize the profitability of the company Inversiones Enelver SAC; a diagnosis was made of the current state of the warehouse, where several problems were verified such as not keeping an adequate record of the goods entering and leaving, they did not have a manual of organization and functions, it was detected on stock of merchandise and deficiency in the distribution and warehouse organization. To establish this analysis of the reality of the company, we use data collection instruments. For this, in the design we made the most appropriate proposal for the company to optimize its profitability, it improved the processes of receiving and storage of merchandise, the organization chart was designed where it is indicated that there must be a logistics area, designing an organization manual and functions which was delivered to the staff so that they have knowledge of what their functions would be with the new assigned responsibilities, designed and implemented income forms and a record to deregister the obsolete merchandise and can be registered for accounting purposes. All these strategies applied in the company Inversiones Enelver SAC helped to improve their functioning of the control of their inventories to achieve their objectives in such a way to continue growing and remain in the market. Therefore, we conclude that implementing these inventory control strategies optimized the profitability of the company Inversiones Enelver SAC. This study provides valuable information to the company, on how important it is to have an efficient control of inventories, since this guarantees to optimize the profitability of the company and consequently its growth.
