The essence of this work is to make clear the intimate correspondence that exists between Human Resource Management and the job performance of the members of the Local Educational Management Unit No. 04 of the district of Comas - Lima - Peru - 2023 (hereinafter UGEL 04). It reveals how proper management of the organization's personnel capabilities translates into a beneficial link with job performance, which allows for workers with commitment and identification with the achievement of the outlined objectives and goals. The research is of a quantitative, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional nature, which seeks to demonstrate the connection between both variables. The sample consisted of 137 collaborators, calculated using a formula for finite populations, and information was collected through a questionnaire composed of 32 questions on the Likert scale. To demonstrate the hypotheses, the Spearman Rho analysis was applied, obtaining a coefficient of Rho = 0.679, demonstrating a strong positive correlation. Therefore, it can be concluded that optimal management of human capital (Talent Management) is intimately linked to the performance of the personnel of UGEL 04.
