Condiciones del turismo accesible para las personas con discapacidad motriz en hoteles de 3 estrellas del distrito de Churín 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación evalúa las condiciones del turismo accesible para las personas con discapacidad motriz en Hoteles de 3 estrellas del distrito de Churín, 2022. Teniendo como objetivo analizar el cumplimiento de la norma A.120 en cuanto a la infraestructura y personal capacitado. Metodológicamente, la presente investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, nivel descriptivo y diseño etnográfico. La población y muestra estuvo compuesta por los hoteles: Hotel Acuario, Hotel Real Palace y Hotel Manantial. Para el análisis se aplicó una ficha de observación y una guía de entrevista. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que, si bien los hoteles cuentan con los elementos de infraestructura necesarios, en la práctica y en el desarrollo de la calidad de servicio del personal no se está cumpliendo con la Norma A.120 de forma adecuada, lo que genera incumplimiento de la normativa vigente.

This research work evaluates the conditions of accessible tourism for people with motor disabilities in 3-star hotels in the Churín district, 2022. The objective is to analyze the compliance of the A.120 standard in terms of infrastructure and trained personnel. The population and sample consisted on the Acuario Hotel, Real Palace Hotel, and Manantial Hotel. An interview guide and an observation sheet were used for the analysis. The results show that the hotels have the necessary infrastructure elements. However, both in practice and in the development of quality of service on part of the staff, the A.120 standard is not adequately accomplished, causing the non-compliance of the current regulations.
