The aim of the present research is to analyze the relevance of spatial flexibility and landscape architecture as main characteristics in designing a business center in the city of Trujillo. The proyect would be located on semi-rustic land in Alto Salaverry, property of The Chamber of Commerce of Trujillo. Responds to the economic development of north macroregion, making necessary infrastructures making necessary infrastructures where possible the realization of business events that position Trujillo as the most important city in the north of Perú. This work starts by formulating the problem as a question: “What spatial flexibility and architecture landscape's principles would be applied in designing a business center?”; identifying limitations; define objectives, being the main determining what principles of flexibility and landscaping should be applied in the design. It is hypothesized that the architectural criteria of spatial flexibility and landscaping can support the functionality of a business center for the city of Trujillo. It Having as a unit of study the place (the terrain and its characteristics) and the analysis of cases (international and national), We can identify functional diagrams, the architectural program, among other important features. It is from the architectural program (elaborated from the case analysis), the compilation of the theoretical framework and the national and local regulations, that a coherent project is obtained. As result, the project consists of a group large-volume flexible spaces situated all along the location closely following the studied functional flowchart but with great adaptation capability. A landscape composition adds up to the final project and strengthens the idea of flexibility by complementing the insides with the outsides so the site can be partially or totally repurposed to meet the user's needs.
